Terms & Conditions

Reservation Policy

  • To confirm a reservation we must receive a 30% deposit at the time of booking a tour, required for booking spaces at hotels and transportation.
  • After the payment confirmation, we will start with the bookings at each place. And the balance of the cost of the tour must be paid 90 days (three months) prior to the first day of the tour.
  • CR Photography Expeditions will do all possible to find space at each location or lodge listed. If the rooms are not available, we will move to the next available choice of equal quality and value and will communicate any changes as soon as possible with you.

Cancellation Policy

  • IN CASE A TOUR HAS TO BE CANCELLED due to mayor reasons (severe weather, borders closed due to pandemics, etc), the tour will be rescheduled at no extra charge. The new travel date should be mutually agreed upon by both parties within a 12-month period.
  • If the trip is partially or fully cancelled more than 90 days before the start date, an administrative charge of $150 per participant will apply. We will do our best to recover any deposits, but please note that refunds will depend on the policies of each hotel involved.
  • For cancellations (partial or full) made between 90 and 30 days prior to the start date, an administrative fee of $300 per participant will be deducted. We will attempt to retrieve any deposits paid; however, reimbursements are subject to the cancellation terms of the individual hotels.
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the tour start date, regardless of the reason (whether voluntary or not), will not be eligible for any refund.
  • All trip confirmations and cancellations must be sent in writing to: info@crphotographyexpeditions.cr
